Hello Funeral Bosses! it's Mortuary Monday!
Each Monday we will share a story about a death care worker, mortuary student or Funeral Boss brand ambassador. Knowing each other better is sure to bring us all a little closer.
This week we are featuring Funeral Bosses brand ambassador Yasi Dye, a Mortician, and Mama.
How did you get into the Death Care Industry? "I have always had a fascination with the Ancient Egyptian art of mummification and their funerary practices, which grew into a fascination with American funeral traditions and practices, which ultimately led me to attend mortuary school in 2014. I've been a proud funeral director and embalmer ever since!"
What is one of your goals? "I would absolutely love to teach at a mortuary college! I come from a family of educators, and I had the best experience in mortuary school that I want to in turn, create for future funeral professionals. I want to encourage others who have a heart for this field, much like the faculty who left an impression on me during that time!"
