Thank you for considering Funeral Boss Inc. for your shopping needs! We understand the importance of finding the perfect gift for that special someone or even treating yourself (because you deserve it). If time is a concern, consider purchasing a digital gift card.
1. FULFILLMENT TIMES: Currently estimated at 10 business days. Each item is crafted just for you. We appreciate your patience as we are a small team of three, not a large company like Amazon.
2. SHIPPING: Please refrain from asking us to contact USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL for updates once your order is in transit. We are not responsible for shipping delays once the order has left our facility, and overnight shipping is not offered.
3. TRACKING INFORMATION: Once your order is packaged and shipped, a notification will be sent to the email or phone number you provided during checkout. If you don't receive a notification and need tracking information, feel free to reach out. Multiple items may be shipped in separate packages with individual tracking alerts.
4. RETURNS: Funeral Boss Inc. does not accept worn or used items. Unworn or unused items can be returned within 30 days for an equal exchange or store credit, subject to inspection and approval. No returns are accepted for swimwear, no exceptions.
5. DAMAGED GOODS: If an item arrives damaged or has a quality issue, we can replace it at no cost to you. However, replacements are not applicable for items held for over 30 days. Please send photos to expedite the process.
6. GIFT CARDS: For purchases made with gift cards that are canceled or returned, the approved amount will be credited back to the gift card, with no cash or credit card refunds.
7. UNICORN DEADLINES: If you're ordering for a special occasion, email us with the deadline, and we'll do our best to meet it.
