Notebook is fine

The notebook itself is fine, however, it took 29 days before it was shipped. I attempted to reach out via email 3 separate times with no response. Their website indicates that it takes 10 days to ship. I like to support small businesses but disappointed in the lack of communication and how long this order took. I had to gift something else for my friends bday gift.
