Embalmer - Metal License Plate Frame

I ordered my license plate frame the beginning of October. I didn’t receive it until after Christmas. I attempted to check the status by emailing customer service several times and I never received a response. I also messaged them on instagram and was able to speak with someone, but they took my order number and never got back to me. I’m disappointed because this site has so many cute items, but I’m not willing to wait almost 3 months for the product.
